Bianca Enriquez, Special Projects Manager
Bianca provides exceptional organizational and project management. She has a deep understanding of construction processes, having served as Project Manager for the Hyatt-Regency Austin renovations project. Bianca has an extensive skillset which includes training in professional customer service, special events planning (hospitality industry), resource development, research assistance, time management, and database development. A native Austinite, she attended St. Mary's Cathedral Catholic School, Austin High School and has continued her education at Austin Community College. Bianca completed internships in the offices of Mayor Gus Garcia and Mayor Pro-Tem Jackie Goodman. She is a member of the St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic School and St. Michael's Academy PTAs. She frequently volunteers at the schools and serves as a Team Leader for events and fundraisers. Formerly a lifeguard, she is certified in CPR.
Courtney Hernandez-Enriquez, Account Executive
Courtney Hernandez-Enriquez brings with her extensive experience in organizational management and development, capacity building, conference and event planning, web design, marketing/branding and fundraising. She is well versed in the City of Austin MBE/WBE procedures and compliance. Courtney has completed an extensive repertoire of courses in strategic planning, community building/development, and marketing strategy development.
Also a recognized professional artist, Mrs. Hernandez-Enriquez applies her creative talent and skill in graphics design, the development of marketing materials, social media and website development.
Born and raised in Austin, and an east Austin resident and homeowner for eighteen years, Mrs. Hernandez-Enriquez was directly involved in the issues affecting her community as President of the Tillery Square Neighborhood Association, and as a member of the Govalle-Johnson Planning Committee and Austin Neighborhoods Council. She is also was also an active member of the Brooke Elementary School PTA, Austin Women's Political Caucus (AWPC), Las Comadres Network, Mexican American Business & Professional Women's Association (MABPWA) and Family Life International Fellowship (FLIF).
Mrs. Hernandez-Enriquez continues to stay in tune with what is going in Central East Austin by keeping connected with her long established relationships with organizations and community organizers.
